Short version: Crema Ristretta has no ads, developer analytics, or tracking. bossa crema does not operate a usage-collection server. When you connect ChatGPT, the bundled Codex helper communicates directly with OpenAI. An optional local usage file stays on your Mac and is read only after you choose its folder.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the public macOS version of Crema Ristretta. It does not describe private development builds or unrelated bossa crema products.

2. Information handled by the app

ChatGPT connection and Codex limits

  • Connection begins only when you choose to connect ChatGPT.
  • The bundled Codex app-server helper opens an OpenAI/ChatGPT authorization page and communicates directly with OpenAI to check sign-in state and retrieve Codex rate-limit information.
  • The Crema Ristretta interface uses only the returned limit labels, usage percentages, window durations, and reset times needed for display.
  • The app interface does not expose or retain authentication tokens, cookies, account email addresses, account IDs, or plan information. Helper-managed sign-in state may remain inside the app's sandbox until you disconnect or remove the app's local data.
  • Successful usage snapshots are kept in memory while the app runs and are not uploaded to bossa crema.

App settings

Display preferences, connection preferences, and an optional read-only folder bookmark are stored locally on your Mac. bossa crema does not receive them.

Optional Local Usage File

  • This feature is off by default.
  • If you enable it, you choose a folder through the macOS system picker. Crema Ristretta reads only the compatible crema-usage.json file in that folder.
  • The app does not write to the folder, read other files there, or upload the file contents.
  • How the file is created and updated is chosen and managed by you. Any external tool you use is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

3. Information collected by bossa crema

Crema Ristretta does not automatically send personal information, usage values, account details, credentials, local files, analytics, diagnostics, or advertising identifiers to bossa crema. We do not sell or use app data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

4. Support email

If you email [email protected], we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and attachments. The app's report link pre-fills only the app version and build number; it does not automatically attach usage values, account information, credentials, logs, diagnostics, or local files.

Support correspondence is used to reply, investigate the issue you reported, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations. It is kept only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and is not sold. You may request deletion of your support correspondence at the same address, subject to legal or security retention needs.

5. OpenAI and other services

ChatGPT and Codex are services provided by OpenAI. Information sent directly to OpenAI through the authorization page or bundled helper is handled under OpenAI's terms and privacy practices. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy. bossa crema does not control OpenAI's systems or retention.

6. Disconnecting and deleting local data

  • Disconnecting ChatGPT instructs the bundled helper to sign out and clears Crema Ristretta's in-memory Codex snapshot.
  • Forgetting a Local Usage File folder removes the app's saved read-only bookmark; it does not delete your folder or file.
  • Removing the app and its local container removes locally stored settings and helper-managed data from the Mac. OpenAI account or service data must be managed through OpenAI.
  • bossa crema has no app-account copy of these local settings or usage snapshots.

7. Security

Crema Ristretta uses the macOS App Sandbox, a restricted helper request allowlist, HTTPS authorization addresses, and read-only access for the optional local folder. No security method can guarantee absolute protection, so please do not place credentials or secrets in a Local Usage File or support message.

8. Children

Crema Ristretta is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children. bossa crema does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the public app or its data flow changes. The current version and its last-updated date will remain available at this URL.

2. アプリが取り扱う情報

ChatGPT接続とCodex利用上限

  • ユーザーがChatGPTへの接続を選んだ場合にだけ、接続処理を開始します。
  • 同梱したCodex app-server helperがOpenAI／ChatGPTの認証ページを開き、サインイン状態とCodexの利用上限を確認するためOpenAIと直接通信します。
  • Crema Ristrettaの画面は、表示に必要な上限枠の名称、使用割合、時間枠、リセット時刻だけを利用します。
  • アプリの画面は、認証token、cookie、アカウントのメールアドレス、アカウントID、プラン情報を表示・保持しません。helperが管理するサインイン状態は、ユーザーが切断するかアプリのローカルデータを削除するまで、アプリのsandbox内に残る場合があります。
  • 取得に成功した利用状況snapshotはアプリ実行中のメモリにのみ保持し、bossa cremaへ送信しません。

アプリ設定

表示設定、接続設定、任意の読み取り専用フォルダbookmarkはMac内に保存され、bossa cremaには送信されません。

任意のローカル利用状況ファイル

  • この機能は初期状態でOFFです。
  • 有効にすると、macOSのsystem pickerでユーザーがフォルダを選びます。Crema Ristrettaは、そのフォルダ内にある互換性のあるcrema-usage.jsonだけを読み取ります。
  • フォルダへの書き込み、他のファイルの読み取り、ファイル内容のアップロードは行いません。
  • ファイルの作成・更新方法はユーザーが選択・管理します。外部ツールを利用する場合は、そのツールの規約とプライバシー方針が適用されます。

3. bossa cremaが収集する情報

Crema Ristrettaは、個人情報、利用割合、アカウント情報、資格情報、ローカルファイル、解析情報、診断情報、広告識別子をbossa cremaへ自動送信しません。アプリのデータを販売、広告利用、アプリ横断トラッキングに使用しません。

4. サポートメール

[email protected]へメールを送った場合、メールアドレス、本文、添付ファイルなど、ユーザーが自ら送信した情報を受け取ります。アプリの問題報告リンクが自動入力するのはアプリversionとbuild番号だけで、利用割合、アカウント情報、資格情報、log、診断情報、ローカルファイルを自動添付しません。

サポート連絡は、返信、報告された問題の調査、security維持、適用される法的義務への対応にのみ使用します。これらの目的に合理的に必要な期間だけ保持し、販売しません。法的またはsecurity上の保持が必要な場合を除き、同じメールアドレスへ削除を依頼できます。

5. OpenAIその他のサービス

ChatGPTとCodexはOpenAIが提供するサービスです。認証ページまたは同梱helperを通じてOpenAIへ直接送信される情報には、OpenAIの規約とプライバシー方針が適用されます。詳しくはOpenAI Privacy Policyをご覧ください。bossa cremaはOpenAIのsystemや保存期間を管理しません。

6. 接続解除とローカルデータ削除

  • ChatGPTとの接続を解除すると、同梱helperへsign outを指示し、Crema Ristrettaのメモリ内Codex snapshotを消去します。
  • ローカル利用状況ファイルのフォルダを忘れる操作は、保存した読み取り専用bookmarkだけを削除します。ユーザーのフォルダやファイルは削除しません。
  • アプリとローカルcontainerを削除すると、Mac内の設定とhelper管理データが削除されます。OpenAIのアカウントまたはサービス上のデータはOpenAI側で管理してください。
  • bossa cremaには、これらのローカル設定や利用状況snapshotのアプリaccount copyはありません。

7. セキュリティ

Crema RistrettaはmacOS App Sandbox、helper requestの制限allowlist、HTTPS認証address、任意フォルダへの読み取り専用accessを使用します。絶対的な安全を保証できる手段はないため、ローカル利用状況ファイルやサポートメールへ資格情報やsecretを入れないでください。

8. 子どもについて

Crema Ristrettaは一般用途のutilityであり、子ども向けではありません。bossa cremaは本アプリを通じて子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

公開アプリまたはデータフローの変更に合わせて、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。最新内容と最終更新日は、このURLで公開します。
